    Medical Officer

    Job objectives:

    Our client is a leading fertility clinic dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive fertility care to individuals and couples. With state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive environment, they are committed to helping their patients achieve their dream of starting a family.

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Officer to join our client’s team. The Medical Officer will play a key role in providing medical care to their patients and assisting in fertility treatment procedures.

    Principal Duties / Responsibilities 

    • Conduct initial consultations with patients and assess their medical history.
    • Perform diagnostic procedures and tests to determine the cause of infertility.
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients undergoing fertility treatment.
    • Perform fertility treatment procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), and embryo transfer.
    • Monitor and evaluate patients during fertility treatment cycles, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Provide counseling and support to patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.
    • Work closely with other members of the fertility team, including nurses, embryologists, and counselors, to ensure coordinated patient care.
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients.
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in fertility medicine and attend training sessions and conferences as required.
    • Adhere to clinic protocols, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    Job Requirements

    • Medical degree from a recognized institution.
    • Valid medical license to practice.
    • Proven experience working in an IVF/fertility clinic.
    • Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
