Qualifications

• BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
• 3+ years minimum of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience reading and understanding technical specifications and construction documents.
• Experience with professional oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of all PV-related certifications including but not limited to; UL1703, IEC61215, IEC61730-1, IEC61730- 2
• Highly proficient in Google doc, sheets, and slides
• Experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain site quality program
• Coordinates with engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, regulatory representatives, and field to ensure that work is done correctly.
• Assures work on-site meets applicable codes and specifications.
• Develops and administers site-specific Quality Programs.
• Surveillance/Audits of site Contractor Quality Control Programs
• Review and control documentation for the certification of construction equipment and testing equipment
• Implements Safety, Quality, Ethical Standards, and Lessons Learned, and adheres to Performance Management programs in accordance with Division Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.
• Own the development and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple projects completed,
• Develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing
