Retail Marketers at Quantum Travels Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive market research, analysis and assessment of potential clients.
• Conversion of ideal prospects to clients, achieving scalable figures.
• Develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth by 20% within a quarter.
• Expand the network of retail sub-agent markets by IO every quarter.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents, documenting interactions and feedback to identify areas of improvement and maintain customer retention.
• Provide timely service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
• Preparation of reports to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the travel industry.
• Ability to work with a multicultural group and adapt to changing needs of the market.
• Flexible hard-working attitude.
• Cood listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
