    Sales and Executives Sales Partner Coordinator

    Description

    • We're seeking a talented and organized Sales and Executive Sales Partner Coordinator to join our team in Uyo and Lagos. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and Executive Sales Partners (ESPs) by streamlining processes, managing data, and ensuring seamless client communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the sales team and ESPs in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
    • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Manage deal pipelines and schedule appointments.
    • Coordinate communication with potential and existing clients.
    • Generate accurate reports and maintain client databases.
    • Provide strategic and administrative support to assigned ESPs.
    • Prepare meeting agendas and materials for client presentations.
    • Schedule travel arrangements and logistics for ESPs.
    • Assist with contract preparation and proposal finalization.
    • Manage communication between ESPs, clients, and internal teams.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working with external partners a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
