    South East Sales Manager

    Our client is a leading provider of medical solutions dedicated to improving health. We specialize in the local manufacturing of Blood Glucose Monitoring System. With a strong commitment to quality, we strive to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry. 

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Device Sales Manager (South East region) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the medical sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in Medical Sales of Glucometer and team leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our market presence and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers in the medical industry.
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of our product portfolio.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
    • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/BSc. in science related discipline
    • Proven track record of success in medical sales of Glucometer with at least 3 years of experience.
    • Have good territorial knowledge of Anambra, Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to lead a team and bring in more sales executives.
    • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Must have a personal car.
