Assistant Head Teacher at Ogunlade Schools

• Ensure the curriculum is good and supports teachers in teaching well.
• Look after students' well-being, behavior, and special needs.
• Organize training for teachers to improve their skills.
• Build good relationships with parents and the community.
• Manage school operations like scheduling and budgets, and ensures rules are followed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in education or a related field is required. A master's degree in educational leadership or administration will be an added advantage.
• 3 - 6 years work experience.
• Significant teaching experience, preferably in a junior high school or similar setting.
• Strong leadership skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning processes.
• Proficiency in school administration.
