• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments work seamlessly together to execute marketing strategies efficiently. 
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, manages resources and budgets, optimizing operational processes for efficiency, and ensuring that the organization meets its goals and objectives. 
• Responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, process improvement and performance management.
• Financial management and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization.

QUALIFICATION 

• BSC, MBA and other professional qualifications 
• Extensive experience in operations management 
• Leadership skills 
• Strategic thinking 
• Track record of successfully managing complex projects or teams 
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities. 
• 15years experience and above
