Role Description

• Our client, a leading steel building producer, is seeking a full time, on-site role for a Design Engineer - Steel, who will be based in their head office in VI.
• The Design Engineer - Steel will be responsible for performing design and engineering tasks related to steel structures.
• This includes developing design plans, conducting calculations, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders.
• The Design Engineer - Steel will also be responsible for ensuring that projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience in Product Design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
