    Interior Architect

    • We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Architect to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments.
    • As an Interior Architect, you will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute interior design projects from start to finish.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and project requirements.
    • Develop innovative design concepts and presentations that reflect the client's brand identity, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs.
    • Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to communicate design ideas effectively.
    • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories that complement the overall design concept and meet quality standards.
    • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
    • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and coordinate with project teams as needed.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design, architecture, and sustainability.
    • Present design proposals and progress updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Professional licensure or certification as an Interior Designer or Architect.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior architecture and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
    • Solid understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and industry standards.
    • Excellent design sensibility, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
    • Passion for sustainability, wellness, and human-centered design principle
