    Personal Assistant

    Position Overview

    • We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the executive team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
    • Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
    • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of microfinance or banking operations is an advantage.
