    Sales Executive

    Job Summary; To sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and corporate bodies in the best possible manner and in such a way that the customer or client is completely convinced of making the purchase and are also satisfied with the products and services rendered.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Sell telecommunications products and services to both individuals and corporate bodies.
    • Maintain and grow sales relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Provide inputs into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client’s need.
    • Consult with client after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
    • Keep abreast of current technology trends
    • Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their current status.
    • Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm and quality workmanship.
    • Capture and review any competitive intelligence gathered and proactively communicates this information to marketing.
    • Define personal and corporate revenue objectives.
    • Build market position identifying, developing and closing business relationships with prospective clients.
    • Prepare and administer sales contracts and maintain customer record.
    • Assess clients needs, recommend or assist in the selection of appropriate goods or services and  other sales terms.
    • Write and submit accurate request.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • A degree or HND in Marketing or any related field.
    • Sales experience in telecommunications is required.
    • Must be skillful in customer relationship management and problem solving.
    • Numerical and interpersonal skill
