    Financial Manager

    Job Description

    • In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management.
    • Your guidance will empower the company’s leaders to make informed decisions that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
    • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
    • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
    • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
    • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
    • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
    • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
    • Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
    • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
    • Extensive understanding ot financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
    • Proficient user of finance software
    • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
    • Able to manage guide and lead empbyees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
    • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
    • Working knowedge of all statutory legisbtion and regulations
    • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
    • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar be considered

    Van Sales Rep

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Transporting and delivering goods to customers
    • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new ones
    • Negotiating prices and discounts with customers
    • Completing paperwork related to sales transactions
    • Ensuring that the van is clean, stocked, and organized

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A van salesperson must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • They should be familiar with the products they are selling and be able to answer questions about them.
    • It is also helpful if they are familiar with the area in which they will be working, as this can make it easier to find customers and make sales.

    Sales and Promotion Representative

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
