    Account & Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensure accurate and daily recording of financial transactions
    • Monitoring of accounts receivables and receivables
    • Reconciliation of bank statement, ledgers and resolve discrepancies
    • Petty cash management
    • Provide general administrative support to the organization
    • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
    • Proper daily filing system in the account department

    Skills / Education

    • ND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
    • Proficiency Microsoft Office suite
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    Account Manager

    Job Description

    • Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy
    • Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets

    Finished Goods Store Officer

    Job Description

    • The role of the Finished Goods Store Officer is to assist the Supervisor in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities when receiving and storing finished products from the Production unit.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the release of products from the store to the loading bay.
    • Submission of weekly and monthly reports.
    • Posting of internal delivery and daily outgoing product information detail into the system.
    • Oversee the physical movement of goods from the production floor to the store.
    • Check inventory records for accuracy.
    • Receives finished goods product from the production department after filling through the internal delivery and posting it into the system.
    • Maintain the minimum and maximum stock level of some products based on the company’s policy.

    Educational Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting or Commercial Courses
    • At least 2 years work experience
    • Proficiency in Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.

    Skills:

    • Must have Integrity
    • Data entry skills
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task.

    Loading Officer

    Job Description

    • The role of the Loading Officer is to ensure all purchased goods to be delivered are well arranged and way-billed for onward delivery by the Transport unit.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring detailed reports of returned goods are treated and forwarded to the finished goods department. If in good condition and or not, notify the operations department before sending it to the production floor for reprocessing
    • Supervise all the activities on the loading bay
    • Ensuring prevention of mixing up goods of customer invoiced with accurate supply according to the invoiced raised by customer care department with respect to quantities and specific relevant products.
    • Ensuring efficient loading and offloading of products to minimize damages.
    • Ensure proper cleanliness of loading the bay
    • Ensuring all drivers append appropriate signature to the invoice of goods before going to deliver goods

    Requirements

    • Education: Candidates should possess an OND / HND in Accounting or Commercial courses
    • Experience: At least 2 years work experience.

    • Problem-solving skills
    • Attention to details
