• We seek a dynamic and outgoing Accountant Advocate to join our vibrant team at Flex Finance. The Accountant Advocate at Flex Finance will be crucial in bridging the gap between Flex Finance and the accounting community. This role involves engaging with accountants, understanding their challenges, and advocating for solutions that align with their needs while promoting Flex Finance's products and services.

Key Outcomes

Community Engagement

• Host at least four webinars per quarter, with a target attendee satisfaction rate of 85%.

Content Creation

• Publish a minimum of two blog posts and one tutorial or case study per month, specifically for accountants.
• Achieve an average reader engagement time of over three minutes per article and a 15% increase in tutorial or case study viewership quarterly.

Feedback and Innovation

• Conduct monthly surveys or feedback sessions with accountants, aiming for a response rate of at least 30%.
• Implement at least two major product enhancements or new features per year based on accountant feedback.

Educational Initiatives

• Organize and conduct at least one educational session or workshop for accountants each quarter with a target attendance of 50+ participants per session.
• Achieve a post-session feedback score of 4.5/5 or higher.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (ICAN)
• Proven experience in the accounting industry with a deep understanding of accountants' needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a professional audience.
• Experience in creating specialized content for the accounting sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a community engagement or customer-facing role within the accounting sector.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media engagement.
• Practical knowledge of Flex Finance’s platform and services.
