    Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • As an Administrative Officer, you will be the backbone of our operations.
    • You will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to keep things running smoothly.
    • You will manage office tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient workflow.
    • You will also prepare and distribute communications, maintain records and databases, and support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • You will be the go-to person for employees, clients, and vendors, handling inquiries and providing information.
    • You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • You will also uphold a professional and friendly office environment, fostering positive working relationships.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
    • Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
    • A professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

    Qualification

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven work experience in a similar administrative role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
