    Business Development Manager

    Job Functions

    • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining cordial relationship with clients, identifying sales lead, and generating prospective clients as well as working with other teams to achieve the company’s strategic goals.

    Specific Job Functions include:

    • Conduct research to identify new market and client needs
    • Devise a plan focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction
    • Develop strategic goals for the business development team and see them through to execution
    • Work with the team to provide solutions to clients’ needs
    • Promote the company’s services and communicate new product development to prospective clients.
    • Prepare contracts, proposals, quotes, invoices, and other documents in line with established rules and guidelines.
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of clients including onboarding, project.
    • Updates, contract addendums, renewals, payments, etc.
    • Oversee the development of Marketing literature.
    • Travel to meet clients for pitches, meetings, and other discussions
    • Attend conferences, seminars, workshops, and industry events
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Prepare reports of leads and customer feedback
    • Keep proper records of revenues, invoices, clients, etc.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales or related field
    • Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or related roles in a creative or communications environment.
    • Industry knowledge & Commercial awareness
    • Client Relationship Management
    • Negotiation and Project Management experience
    • Strong communicator and creative thinker
    • Creative and Strategic Thinker
    • Ability to manage complex and multiple projects.

    • Articulate, with excellent working knowledge of spelling, punctuation, and grammar rules.
