• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making
• Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's position in the healthcare industry

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services
• Implement robust operational processes and systems to optimize performance and scalability
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Business Development and Expansion

• Lead efforts to expand market presence and capture new business opportunities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
• Explore potential avenues for geographic expansion and diversification of services

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
• Mitigate risks through proactive identification and implementation of appropriate controls

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Master of Science or Master of Business Administration is a plus
• Proven track record of successful leadership in the healthcare industry, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, preferably in Nigeria
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated experience in driving growth, managing change, and delivering results
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends
• Prior experience in Nigeria or the African healthcare market is highly desirable
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery
