Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, maintain, and repair complex technical systems in the field
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Support customers with their technical needs
Provide technical training and support to other engineers and technicians
Work with other engineers and scientists to develop and implement new technologies
Manage and direct the work of other field engineers and technicians
Prepare and present technical reports and proposals
Keep up to date with the latest technical developments in the field
Travel to other countries for business purposes, as needed
Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university
3+ years of experience in a field engineering role, preferably in a multinational company
Strong knowledge of the technical systems that will be serviced
Experience with a variety of field engineering tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
