    3D Architect

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Designer to join our growing team.
    • You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and design drawings to support our architectural projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and refine 3D architectural models from concept sketches and 2D drawings
    • Create high-quality renderings using Vray for presentations, client approvals, and marketing materials
    • Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
    • Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure designs meet project requirements and adhere to building codes
    • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on architectural concepts
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D modeling and rendering software (Sketchup, Vray)
    • Maintain a strong understanding of Site Inspection & Evaluation (SIE) principles

    Reuirements

    • 3-4 years of experience as a 3D Architectural Designer or similar role
    • Proven ability to create high-quality 3D models and renderings using Sketchup and Vray
    • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
    • Excellent drafting skills and experience with design drawing software (AutoCAD preferred)
    • Knowledge of Site Inspection & Evaluation (SIE) processes
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
    • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs
    • Strong knowledge of design tools e.g: Revit, sketchup & Vray etc
