Account Officer at 4Point Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounting records, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, General Ledgers and Other financial data.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
• Assist in preparation of Budgeting, budgetary Controls and Forecasting processes.
• Assist in Government Taxes preparation and remittances / compliances.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, and provide necessary recommendations to the Management

Qualifications:

• BSc/HND in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a real estate industry/audit firm or accounting department in related industry
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
