Assistant Floor Manager (Hardware) at QMB BUILDERS' MART

Job Summary

• Assistant Floor Manager (Hardware) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shopping mall hardware session; responsible for managing a team of sales Associates, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and monitoring store performance, you will also be implementing visual merchandising and marketing strategies to increase sales and drive customer loyalty.

Job Responsibilities

• Aiming for sales maximization; ensuring an efficient goods flow, an accurate cash management, and an accurate store administration.
• Manage, control, and direct the retail store and continuously improve on functionality and service level in order to achieve our Customer Experience goals.
• Ensuring that store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the store is running smoothly.
• Managing the budget and ensuring that the store is operating within financial targets.
• Measure performance through metrics, providing feedback, and holding supervisors and pickers accountable for their performance and the performance of their teams.
• Be proactive and ensure that best practices are shared across all Retail Stores and shifts.
• Supervise the maintenance of the working environment ensuring health and safety standards.
