    B2B LinkedIn Marketer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Develop LinkedIn posts that are engaging, on-brand, and compliant with industry regulations. Source topics and specific copy from existing team members.
    • Networking: Identify and connect with decision-makers in target companies, leveraging likes, comments, and DMs to foster relationships.
    • Lead Generation: Strategically engage with potential leads to facilitate discovery calls, focusing on organic engagement methods.
    • LinkedIn Ad Buying: Utilize LinkedIn ad buying and boosting to enhance post visibility and reach among target audiences.
    • Sales Navigator Mastery: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with key prospects in a more targeted and effective manner.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Increased Lead Generation: Demonstrable growth in quality leads sourced through LinkedIn, evidenced by an uptick in discovery calls.
    • Enhanced Online Presence: A consistent and compliant online presence that resonates with decision-makers and influencers within the target industries.
    • Effective Networking: A robust network of industry professionals and decision-makers, cultivated through strategic engagement and interactions.
    • Increase Social Followers: Execute a social media engagement strategy to increase followers and exposure in the industry.

    Qualifications:

    • Solid background in B2B marketing, preferably within compliance-heavy industries such as cannabis, finance, and tax.
    • Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compliant social media content.
    • Experience with LinkedIn ad buying, boosting posts, and utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
    • A holistic understanding of B2B marketing best practices and strategies, with a focus on organic lead generation.
    • Ability to work independently and strategically in a remote setting.
