    Benefits & Rewards Manager

    Job Description

    • The role is responsible for making contribution to the development and implementation of an integrated reward strategy which supports the operating of the company's business priorities & objectives, by aligning to the best practices.
    • He/She will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits and rewards programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating employees within the organization.
    • The Benefits & Rewards Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that the benefits and rewards strategies align with the company's goals, culture, and budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in market analysis and collate remuneration data for submission. coordinate all remuneration surveys, continuous update on Total Remuneration Statement (T RS) & other benefits.
    • Support coordination of other reward related matters e.g., Overtime payment, annual merit increase, bonuses & incentives (ICA), long service award calculation and payment etc.
    • Develop and implement benefits and rewards policies and procedures: Design, review, and update employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and other perks, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and meet the needs of diverse employee demographics.
    • Conduct research and benchmarking: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to employee benefits and rewards. Conduct regular benchmarking studies to evaluate the competitiveness of the company's benefits offerings.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with other departments to develop and execute effective benefits and rewards strategies. Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance providers and benefits consultants, to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
    • Communicate benefits information: Develop communication materials and conduct presentations to educate employees about available benefits and rewards programs. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit inquiries, claims resolution, and other related matters.
    • Analyze and optimize programs: Utilize data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits and rewards programs in meeting organizational objectives and employee needs. Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize program outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance: Stay abreast of Federal, State, and Local regulations governing employee benefits and rewards. Monitor compliance with reporting requirements, disclosure obligations, and regulatory filings.
    • Manage compensation and rewards initiatives: Develop and implement strategies for performance-based compensation, recognition programs, bonuses, and incentives to motivate and engage employees.
    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with overall talent management goals.
    • Foster a culture of well-being: Promote employee initiatives that support work-life balance. Advocate for initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
    • Work with external survey consultants on remuneration survey consultants.
    • Complete and submit complex salary surveys within established time frames and forecasts budget for salary increases.
    • Perform continuous computation and update of Total Reward Statement (TRS) and other benefits statements and ensures they are communicated to the employees when due.
    • Support in facilitating various benefits payment for both existing and disengaged employees.
    • Reporting Line: The role reports to the Human Resources & Development Manager

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. Master's degree or professional certifications is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years proven experience in benefits administration, compensation management, or related HR roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
