1. Coordinate and optimize the performance of rider operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
2. Implement strategies to enhance rider efficiency, reduce delivery times, and improve customer satisfaction.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
7. Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
8. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
10. Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and threats.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HND/BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in business development and operations management, specifically in the logistics and delivery services sector.
• Strong understanding of rider operations and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
