Chatbot-RASA Engineer at Vennote Technologies Limited

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Conversation Experience team to translate flow definitions to working assistants.
• Create rapid prototypes using RASA
• Design dialog strategies using policies and pipelines in RASA
• Develop and configure chatbots and virtual assistants, including creating intents, entities, dialog policies and actions
• Build and fine-tune natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) models to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of assistants.
• Integrate assistants with various platforms and systems, such as websites, mobile apps, and third-party APIs.
• Train and test assistants to ensure they understand and respond to user inputs accurately and effectively.
• Continuously optimize assistant performance by analyzing user interactions and making improvements to the AI models.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of assistant configurations, code, and processes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs related to chatbot functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of assistant solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in conversational AI, GPT, NLP and RASA to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into projects.

Skills:

• BSc or MSc degree in Computational Linguistics, Data Science or Computer Scient with knowledge of NLP.
• Proven experience in designing and developing conversational AI solutions using RASA.
• Solid understanding of dialog policies, NLU pipelines, actions, and forms
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts.
• Experience on prompt engineering approaches.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and responsibility ownership
