    Client Service Manager

    Job Description

    •  As a Client Service Manager,you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, working closely with internal teams to execute marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
    • Understand clients' business objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance.

    Project Management:

    • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, etc.) to ensure the timely execution and delivery of projects.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
    • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns or issues proactively.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with their business goals.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
    • Present strategic recommendations and campaign proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and adjustments as needed.

    Campaign Execution and Optimization:

    • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).
    • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, analyzing data to optimize results and drive ROI.
    • Identify areas for improvement and innovation in campaign strategies and tactics.

    Communication and Reporting:

    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives.
    • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and performance reviews.
    • Gather client feedback and testimonials to showcase agency success stories and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in client service or account management roles within a marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of the Nigerian market and industry trends is a plus.
