Job Overview

• We seeking to hire a Cloud Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate should be able to supervise the Bank’s cloud computing system, and maintain all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
• Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
• Develop and organize cloud systems.
• Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company
• Effectively articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head, IT Infrastructure

Skills/Competencies

• Solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud
• Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends
• Knowledge of automated testing
• Experience with cloud technologies, such as Azure and AWS
• Good knowledge in big data technologies
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Experience creating and maintaining databases
• Experience working with Agile development technologies
• Provide overall team guidance and fix all escalations
• Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
• Experience in DevOps practices
• Experience with software architecture principles, requirements and interfaces, and software systems engineering experience
• Project management skills

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions
• 4-6 years of relevant software design and development experience

Desirable

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
• Relevant professional certifications
