    Content Writer Intern

    About the Role  

    • As a Content Writer Intern, your role involves creating engaging, informative written content for AWiMNews.
    • This includes articles, blog posts, social media posts, website content, and more.
    • You may be tasked with researching topics, drafting content, editing existing material, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
    • This position offers valuable experience in writing, editing, and content creation within a professional environment. 

    Job description  

    • Conduct thorough research on industry-specific subjects to craft original content for AWiMNews. 
    • Produce relevant content encompassing articles, news pieces, social media captions, and website materials. 
    • Examine and produce various content formats. 
    • Craft engaging headlines and body text designed to captivate the intended audience. 
    • The incumbent will be expected to fulfil other associated duties as required within the scope of the position. 

    Key Requirements and Qualification   

    • Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation. 
    • A degree in English language, mass communication or a related discipline.   
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Word and Excel.  
    • Communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.  
    • Knowledge of women-related issues.
