Credit Administration Officer at Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Limited

JOB SUMMARY:

• Coordination and supervision of the Credit Admin unit in the bank.
• Ensuring compliance with the bank’s Credit Policy and other regulatory guidelines.
• Preparation and reporting on the bank’s loan portfolio performance.
• Secretariat for the Bank’s Management Credit and Criticized Asset Committees.   
• Work with other units of the bank to ensure successful customer’s onboarding and credit workflow.  

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft office skills.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the Mortgage Bank Credit Policy guidelines, regulatory requirements, CBA applications and the units’ standard operating processes.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of the bank’s banking software module for loan booking, structuring, monitoring, and reporting. 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics/Finance or any related discipline
• 2 to 5 years work experience
• Work experience in a mortgage Bank is mandatory
