    Customer Service Representative

    Job description

    • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
    • Listen attentively to customers' concerns, questions, and feedback.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
    • Offer empathetic and patient support to customers experiencing difficulties or dissatisfaction.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction, aiming for high customer satisfaction rates.
    • Foster customer loyalty and retention by building strong relationships and addressing concerns proactively

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • BSC or HND in related field is an advantage
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
