    Field Operations Officer

    Job Purpose

    • The Field Operations Officer would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of field operations within our logistics division, including transportation, inventory, and distribution activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage loading operations across the field
    • Set timeline for adequate truck supplies thereby increasing growth and profitability for the business.
    • Interface with logistics departments of our cargo providers to ensure we get adequate supplies of orders
    • Ensure all deployed trucks are properly fit and standard for loading operations
    • Periodically check drivers details and particulars to ensure they are up to date to avoid road delays against ETA
    • Ensure the total safety of drivers within the loading locations.
    • Ensure trucks are loaded and dispatched accordingly to meet ETA requirements of our clients.
    • Maintain accurate data to help BI access growth and for adequate reconciliation.
    • Manage on journey report

    Requirements Special Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
    • Proven experience in logistics or field operations, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Commitment to safety and compliance
