Full Stack Developer (React /Typescript, Flutter, NodeJS & MySQL) at Afrihood Development Company

Boothark is a future oriented marketplace app using extensive blockchain, microservice, kebernetes and mapping technology to create one of the most robust marketplace application ever.

We are looking for a well grounded full-stack developer to join Boothark team. You will be responsible for modeling, building and maintaining both server side and client side application that are efficient and rugged in nature. You should be able to translate boothark's business models into functional and attractive digital environment and appealing interactive applications using micro services architecture.

Responsibilities

• Create effective and pragmatic cryptographic designs leveraging fundamental cryptographic algorithms 
• Be a primary contact for security
• Design and build the core software from the ground up
• Take projects from smart contract development to deployment
• Develop APIs and work with lightning-fast execution speed
• React and Typescript to create user-friendly web pages
• Flutter to create Mobile versions of Application on Android and IOS
• Build Microservices and APIs
• Maintain and improve website efficiency and usability
• Optimize applications for maximum speed
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• Extensive experience with ReactJS/Typescript, Flutter, NodeJS and MySQL
• Extensive experence with Automated Deployment using Microservices, Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of NFTs and blockchain technologies
• Nice to have some familiarity with Scala, Swift, Digital Ocean, and GraphQL 
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• Familiarity with security and DevOps for blockchain applications
• Excellent product instincts to balance user needs and technical solutions
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in building WordPress Template.
• Background in building high-performance, scalable, distributed systems.
• Knowledge in one of the backend languages: Java, c++ and Golang is an added advantage.
