    Head of Marketing - Power Products Division

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
    • Define target audiences and create strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
    • Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
    • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence that aligns with the company's values and mission.
    • Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
    • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
    • Lead the creation of compelling and relevant content to support marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
    • Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners.
    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
    • Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10-20 years experience.
