Head of Retail Liability at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank

Objective

• The Head of Retail Liability will manage the sales/branch network and meet CASA and fee goals of the bank.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To grow CASA for the bank.
• To grow the Fee income for the bank.
• Increase the non - interest income by strengthening/modifying existing products and exploring new product/services lines.
• Support the bank in launching and managing the preferred banking division.
• Help the bank in setting up the contact centre.
• Set up KPI’s of the branch sales team, Branch Managers in consultation as it’s relates to sales.
• Train, motivate, track and manage performance of the branch sales team, Operational heads.
• Set up a Daily Operating Rhythm for the sales team at branches.
• Manage resources effectively and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, or related course.
• 7- 10 years of experience as Retail head, Business development Manager, Sales Head or a regional head of a bank.
• Preferrable with commercial or Microfiance Bank experience
• Wealth of experience in CASA generation.
• Experience in sales / Marketing preferred.
