    HubSpot Sales-Ops Expert

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deal Stage Management: Oversee all deal stages within HubSpot to ensure smooth progression and tracking.
    • Pipeline Creation: Design and implement pipelines that streamline the lead management process.
    • Workflow and Automation: Develop workflows and automations that enhance the efficiency of sales and marketing operations.
    • Email Campaigns: Craft and execute email campaigns that engage and nurture leads.
    • Task and Report Generation: Create tasks for team follow-up and generate reports for insights into performance and areas for improvement.
    • Software Integrations: Ensure systems within the prospecting ecosystem connect with each other to capture relevant data across platforms.

    What Success Looks Like:

    • Operational Efficiency: Your efforts result in a more streamlined and effective sales and marketing process.
    • Scalable Processes: Your structure will create the gold standard for customer engagement throughout the firm.
    • Increased Engagement: Through targeted email campaigns, you'll see an uptick in lead engagement and progression through deal stages.
    • Data-Driven Decisions: The reports and tasks you create enable the team to make informed decisions and prioritize effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a HubSpot Sales-Ops Expert or in a similar role managing HubSpot environments.
    • Strong understanding of creating and managing pipelines, workflows, and automations within HubSpot.
    • Experience in crafting and executing email campaigns within HubSpot.
    • Ability to generate meaningful tasks and reports that contribute to team efficiency and performance insights.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
