Materials Co-ordinator at Tropical General Investments (TGI) Group

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Oversees daily RM/PM receipt from warehouse and issuance to production team.
• Oversees finished goods transfer physically and on ERP daily.
• Conduct daily physical count of RM/PM/FG to ensure accuracy and documentation.
• Transfer of defectives and rejected materials to warehouse daily.
• Maintain production reports and documentations daily, weekly and monthly.
• Receipt and documentation of trade returns, reworks and reconciliation physically and on ERP as required.
• Ensure that production materials waste are within acceptable limit by timely reporting.
• Ensure that GMP, 7S and other housekeeping standards are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure accurate production waste tracking and proper disposal

Requirements and Skills

• HND / B.Sc or equivalent.
• 3 Years minimum experience in Oil Packaging Operations.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and communication skills with the proven ability to coach and mentor staff.
• Excellent Organizational, Planning/Resourcing and Time Management skills.
• Be proactive and self-motivated. 
• Honest, Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
