    Open Trade Manager

    Role Description

    • Develop and execute monthly and annual plans to deliver the Open Market budget for the region, with a focus on increasing sales, profit, and market share
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the open-trade channel in the region
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities in the AC industry, and customer behaviour, providing insights and recommendations to the business to optimize business performance
    • Lead the execution of promotional activities, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events across domain
    • Manage the regional Open Market team, providing leadership and support to ensure they deliver against their objectives
    • Develop and manage the Open Market for the region, tracking progress against targets and identifying opportunities to optimize performance
    • Ensuring the optimum performance of OT team members

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in AC industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
    • Strong knowledge of sales operations and procedures
    • Experience in trade planning, trade execution, and trade optimization
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in trade management software and tools.
