Product Manager and Team Lead at Corporate World Wear

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the product strategy and roadmap within a product vertical
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launches
• Enhancing the state of existing products in a specific category / vertical
• Support sales and distribution teams to meet product revenue targets
• Staying abreast with competition, their offerings, and their product pricing
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with Product Key stakeholders and Partners
• Document and send reports and feedbacks to management on programs and partnerships regularly

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Must reside in Lagos
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Management e.t.c)
• Relevant Professional Certification
• At least 2 years’ experience in product management 
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating operational teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Effective communication skills
• Must have high level of attention to details
• Must have relationship management skills
• Excellent presentation skills
