Project and Tendering Engineer at Serviteco Limited

Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage tender and bidding processes, follow-up with necessary agencies and departments to close out on RFQs.
• Assist the Project Engineering Manager in the administration of the project and provides technical oversight and coordination of design engineering
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability
• Ensure production of final bid document and arrange to supply to client
• Ensure bid and proposals documentation is formatted, collected and presented in a professional manner - Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications

Requirements

•  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
