    Real Estate Managers

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly capable real estate manager to ensure that our property and related finances are optimally managed.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating sales agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members and groundkeepers.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of property.
    • Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
    • Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
    • Authorizing maintenance, repairs, equipment, and supply expenditure
    • Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
    • Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers
    • Keeping owners informed on taxes, occupancy rates, and lease expiration dates.
    • Resolving complaints from residents and tenants
    • Preparing financial statements and record
    • Reporting to real estate owners and investors on a regular basis

    Educational / Professional Requirements

    • Qualification Good First Degree in Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, and other related disciplines. Preferably a Master’s degree.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in project management, real estate, or a similar role.

    Competence Requirements:

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Experience in managing payments, negotiating contracts, and determining property rates.
    • In-depth knowledge of applicable property law, taxes, and financial statements
    • Proven ability to advise and convince clients
    • Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
    • Proven experience working with minimum supervision
    • Excellent intelligence-gathering skills.
    • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
    • A team player Job Dimensions
    • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
    • Fluent English-language copywriting skills (interview will be held in English)
    • Experienced in managing the implementation of PR plans, Campaigns, events, etc.
