Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them and answering inquires in person or on the phone with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
• Help in maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
• Assist in sorting and distributing mails.
• Assist visitors in finding their way around the office.

Qualifications and required skills.

• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in similar job role and industry.
• Must be computer literate with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Must pay attention to details and have good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Good customer service and organizational skills
