    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • ​Generate leads through various marketing channels including social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Showcase properties to potential buyers.
    • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.
    • Sales of landed properties.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing preferred.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding goals.
    • Relevant qualifications with relevant experience.
