    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Must have experiencein Modern Trade, e.g Spar, Game etc
    • Executes the in-store objectives of the Sales Business Plans flawlessly in order to achieve superior in-store presence and target sales volume
    • Builds & maintains strong customer relationships by conducting daily field visits to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business results and joint work.
    • Researches customer strategies, identifies their shoppers’ needs, and spots business opportunities continuously in order to devise the right plans for the customer.
    • Ensures sufficient outlet coverage based on business needs and in line with assigned journey plan in order to achieve and maintain the desired in-store fundamental results.
    • Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take the required action.
    • Submits all required daily, monthly & quarterly reports assigned by the Unit Manager
    • Secures that receivable collection is within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain the company’s cash flow levels.
    • Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND.
    • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector part of which must be in Hyper Supermarkets.
    • Proven Track Record of Success in achieving sales plans and objectives in Sales roles in the FMCG industry.
    • Practical knowledge of Sales Fundamentals, Persuasive Selling Format, Steps of a Call, and Objection Handling in the FMCG sector required. Ability to use a hand held sales device is an added advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an added advantage.
    • Strong Organizational and Planning Skills.
    • Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills.
    • Age: Between 25 - 40 years old.
