Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Manager with sales experience to meet key sales targets, establish a conducive work environment, make informed and strategic decisions to foster sustainable business growth, and ensure that the company is on track to meet its long-term financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Must report directly to the CEO
• Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies and initiatives in line with the overall organizational strategy
• Manage the day-to-day activity of the business without supervision
• Keep track of inventory at all times
• Supervise and work with members of the staff
• Support present and projected business needs through the development and engagement of human capital
• Establish and achieve business and profit objectives
• Must ensure that operations run smoothly
• Maintaining a clean, tidy business, and ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower / Upper Credit in Social Sciences or Business-related discipline
• 3-5 years of Sales experience in any reputable organization
• Strong understanding of sales, business management, financial, and leadership principles
• Excellent people management skills
• Must look presentable at all times
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work long hours
• experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solutions and strategies.
