    Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    Job Details

    Sales Operations:

    •  Submission of daily marketing reports to the Head of Department and preparation of Month‐end reports for MPR sessions •
    •  Participate in sales campaigns and effective delivery of all organizational programs that promote the Company’s visibility and client base expansion.

    Communication and Reporting:

    • To liaise with Client Experience for all Operations units, regularly.

    Requirements

    1. First Degree, BSc from a reputable institution.
    2. Minimum of 3 ‐7years sales or marketing experience in the financial service industry 
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    4. Proven understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the banking business.
    5. A strong record of meeting and exceeding targets monthly, while providing excellent customer service in the process.
    6.  An analytical approach to work.
    7. Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
    8. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
    9. The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
    10. Understanding of business and credit analysis.
    11. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
    12. Excellent negotiation skills.
    13. The ability and desire to sell.
    14. Strong understanding of sales metrics with the ability to identify areas for improvement
