    Sales Representative

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for highly motivated and outgoing Sales representatives to join our team.
    • The Sales representative will be responsible for promoting our properties and generating leads by engaging with potential clients and answering their questions about our products and offerings.

    Responsibilities;

    • Research and identify potential new business opportunities
    • Contact and establish relationships with potential customers through cold calling, email and in-person meetings.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
    • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
    • Engage with potential clients and answer questions about our products and offerings.
    • Generate and nurture leads by collecting contact information from interested parties.
    • Follow up with leads to schedule property viewings and answer any additional questions
    • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
    • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed by company updates and new developments.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers and key stakeholders.
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

    Requirements;

    • Proven sales experience in a similar role
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
    • Real estate knowledge is a plus.

    Incentives;

    • The Sales Representative will be on a gross salary of 750,000 Nigerian Naira plus an additional commission (at the rate explained as in the table below), a one-time, all-inclusive commission, of the “outright price”, and (if any) the balance of the fee will be payable upon completion of 100% of the purchase price.
    • Note the commission will be paid once the client meets the threshold of 25% of the price of the unit as a gross salary minus any statutory deductions.

    Lead Source External Broker Sales Representative

    • External broker 4% 1% + Retainer
    • Own Network of Sales Rep N/A. 4% + Retainer
    • Lead generated by Universal Homes. N/A 2% + Retainer
    • Any additional discounts provided to the client will be deducted on a pro-rata basis from the Sales representative's commission.

    Training:

    • The candidate will undertake training sessions for at least 10 days prior to the actual commencement of Sales at the Universal Homes office at the site in Alaro City.

    Work hours:

    • As per agreed with management.

    Targets:

    • 0-3 Months  -  Minimum of 2 Sales (Cumulative)
    • 4-6 Months  - Minimum of 5 Sales (Cumulative)
    • 7-9 Months - Minimum of 8 Sales (Cumulative)
    • 9-12 Months - Minimum of 12 Sales (Cumulative)
