    Sales Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Supervisor is responsible for customer retention and onboarding new customers, as well as achieving set targets within the Horeca sales department.
    • They will work closely with the Business Development Manager and supervise scout activities.

    Operational Responsibilities:

    • Increase customer wallet share through effective sales strategies.
    • Maintain and increase customer retention rates.
    • Work towards increasing the company's market share within the designated areas.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Monthly increase in customer wallet share (Product portfolio).
    • Monthly increase in company market share.
    • Maintain a 100% monthly customer retention rate.
