Job Description and Responsibilities

• Carries out work on the organizational and technical support of administrative activities.
• Accepts incoming correspondence for consideration, transmits it in accordance with the adopted decision to structural units or a specific contractor for use in the work process or preparing answers.
• Accepts documents and personal statements for the signature of managers.
• Answers phone calls, records and transmits service information to the relevant department, organize telephone conversations to managers.
• Oninstructions,writes letters, requests, other documents.
• Organizes the reception of visitors, contributes to the efficiency of consideration of requests and proposals of employees.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
