    Technical Sales Manager (Animal Feed / Nutrition Equipment)

    Job Description

    • Conduct thorough research to develop new business opportunities, including exploring new markets, recognizing growth areas and trends, identifying potential customers and partnerships, and finding innovative means to reach existing markets.
    • Develop and enhance the process related to channel partner onboarding, ensuring a streamlined and efficient lifecycle.
    • Plan, organize, and execute training sessions and marketing campaigns, which may include webinars and workshops, as well as providing support for exhibitions.
    • Generate and provide market potential reports to sub-regional teams, helping to shape the product portfolio and define competitive product pricing structures.
    • Manage and deliver accurate sales KPI reporting, deriving insights to drive business strategy and performance.
    • Actively manage relationships with channel partners, fostering a collaborative atmosphere to ensure alignment and performance across the region.
    • Offer proactive support to sub-regions regarding product assortments, pricing, training needs, and coordination with corresponding business units to ensure cohesive strategies.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing or Sales.
    • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the field of specialization

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Good research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
    • Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
    • Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes
    • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • The ideal candidates must have technical sales experience in the Animal feed/nutrition Industry.
