Key Elements of the Role

• Report to the Sales Manager
• Starting sales conversations with potential clients over the phone
• Asking question to engage clients and keep the discussion going
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering product-related questions from customers
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
• Being attentive to customers' requirements in order to encourage repeat sales
• Collecting and documenting customer information, transactions, and reactions to products
• Meeting sales quotas

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of OND degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in telesales role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding negotiating abilities
• Courteous approach
• Be a good team player
